Refer your friend in healthcare and receive a bonus!* Referral Bonus: AC/HHA/CNA – $1,000 LPN – $2,000 RN – $3,000
*Referral bonuses are subject to the employee working 16 hour/week minimum for each new hire you refer. Bonuses are paid out after 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year of continuous employment and meeting the hourly requirement. If the new hire meets the minimum requirements, both you and your referral will receive the corresponding bonus.

Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Work one-on-one with patients to assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication management, and mobility. Help patients live safely at home while receiving the care they need.

Therapists (PT & OT)
Work as part of the Tendercare team to provide physical and occupational therapy in the comfort of patients’ homes, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence.
