EEOICPA & Indiana White Card Benefits: You Earned This Care

If you’re a current or former nuclear weapons worker at an Indiana DOL site—such as Fernald, Dana Plant, or Bendix Corp—and have been diagnosed with a work-related illness, you may qualify for specialized benefits. Through the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA), eligible workers can receive up to $400,000 in tax-free compensation and a “White Card” for 100% medical coverage. Tendercare Home Health Services provides no-cost, professional in-home nursing and medication management for White Card holders across Indiana.
