Just left my hospital job to work for Tendercare. As an employee my time and skills are respected. Schedules are very flexible, and the staff are always helpful, kind, and willing to solve any problems. I have been paired with wonderful families. I have been a Tendercare Home Health Aide for seven years and have found Tendercare to be an excellent place to work. While always maintaining compliance with all the required government guidelines and regulations for employees, they provide the needed continuing education courses for their employees.
