Eric Deitchman

President / CEO

As the President and CEO of Tendercare, Eric oversees the strategic direction of the company, ensuring that it continues to grow while staying true to the core values of excellence, love and integrity. Eric is deeply committed to maintaining the family-oriented culture of the company, making sure that every patient and caregiver feels valued and supported. His leadership is focused on community engagement, operational excellence, and expanding Tendercare’s ability to serve more families across the region.

Kyle Deitchman

Vice President / CFO

As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Kyle Deitchman is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Tendercare, focusing on maintaining the company’s financial strength while continuing to grow its reach. Kyle’s expertise in financial strategy and business operations helps guide Tendercare’s decision-making and resource allocation. His commitment to well-managed resources allows the company to continue providing high-quality care and support to families, patients, and caregivers alike.

Kelly Stahly, RN

Chief Clinical Officer

With Tendercare Since 2010

Kelly Stahly is the Director of Nursing for Tendercare Home Health Services, bringing with her over 14 years of experience in both acute and home healthcare. Kelly’s journey within the company started at a young age helping out in the office. She then grew into taking on various roles—from field nurse to case manager. As the Chief Clinical Officer, Kelly leads the clinical and field staff so that Tendercare continues to deliver the highest quality care. Having worked in so many roles within the company, her unique perspective allows her to lead with a deep understanding of the needs of both patients and caregivers.

Leslie Tweed, RN, BSN

Leslie holds a BSN from Purdue University and has an extensive background in intensive care, critical care, and skilled home care nursing. After recognizing the need for quality home health care, Leslie and Jim founded Tendercare in 1994. As the former President and Administrator, Leslie was involved in every aspect of the business, ensuring that Tendercare upheld the highest standards of care. Her leadership and vision have shaped Tendercare into the trusted and family-oriented company it is today. Leslie has also served on various boards, including the Indiana Association for Home and Hospice Care and CHAMP CAMP, reflecting her ongoing commitment to advocacy and care for vulnerable populations.

Jim brought his expertise in engineering, business strategy, and management to Tendercare when he co-founded the company with Leslie in 1994. As Vice President and CFO, Jim was instrumental in guiding Tendercare’s growth and development. He played a key role in introducing business innovations that improved the quality and efficiency of care, such as electronic nursing notes and advanced business analysis tools. Beyond finance, Jim provided oversight for human resources, benefits administration, and business strategy.

The next generation of the Deitchman family—alongside the foundational vision of Leslie and Jim—is dedicated to continuing the legacy of providing compassionate, personalized care to families across Indiana.
