Tendercare is offering an exceptional referral bonus program.

Refer your friend in healthcare and receive a bonus!* Referral Bonus: AC/HHA/CNA – $1,000 LPN – $2,000 RN – $3,000 

*Referral bonuses are subject to the employee working 16 hour/week minimum for each new hire you refer. Bonuses are paid out after 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year of continuous employment and meeting the hourly requirement. If the new hire meets the minimum requirements, both you and your referral will receive the corresponding bonus.
